Tigers FC has a proud heritage. The club has historical ties to Cooma Football Club, which was formed in the rural NSW town in 1952 by workers on the Snowy Mountains Hydro Scheme. Following the completion of the project, many founding members relocated to Canberra, leading to the growth and development of the club and the Tigers community.
The Tigers FC Men’s NPL team were Capital Football premiership winners in 2021.
Tigers FC were winners of the CF Federation Cup in 2019 and 2021.
The Tigers FC Youth teams ended the 2023 season as U14 and U16 Champions and overall Premiers of the 2023 Capital Premier League, gaining promotion to the National Premier League for 2024.
Tigers Football Club are proud supporters of women’s football.
In 2024, we’re making club history with our first-ever girls team! We’re hoping to add more girls teams for the 2025 season.
